Since 2004, Denis’s culinary journey has been closely tied to some of Moscow’s leading hotels: Ararat Park Hyatt, Lotte Hotel, St. Regis, and Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park, where he has been part of the team since 2017.

Denis’s style is all about precision, attention to detail, and an ability to highlight the natural flavor of each ingredient. Among his signature dishes are pistachio-crusted lamb rack with spiced lingonberry sauce and a warm strudel filled with young spinach and goat cheese.

Every plate he creates is a balance of taste, technique, and personality — turned into a memorable gastronomic experience.
