He studied in Moscow and accomplished multiple culinary trainings in different countries: Bali, Sri Lanka, Germany, Monaco, Dubai, Spain (Majorca) and Argentina.
Stanislav has over 20 years of culinary experience in one of the largest and presticious Moscow, Sochi and London hotels. Among the signature dishes is red snapper with parsnip and clam sauce. Inspired by the ocean's essence, Stanislav crafted this recipe and transformed it into a true culinary masterpiece at Heritage restaurant.
